A contest and a fan

There are a number of individuals whom I have met in various ways who keep my dreams going. They are the ones who have been able to make art a way of life and one of those indiviuals is Jake Parker.

As a fan, I see the opportunity of receiving some of his material as quite an opportunity and that is why I am writing this blog. I would like to share in some more of the adventures of Missle Mouse and partake of another artist's imagination.

The Nativity II

I had so much fun making the nativity image two days ago (refer to former blog) that I made another one and sent it via E-mail to friends and family.

I love this time of year!

Gifts by Micah

These are some of the gifts I made for family this year:

Portrait of my Father in law's Father in Watercolor pencil, colored pencil, and gauche

Pen and Ink piece I made for my Mother in law who is into emergency preparedness and has a collection of "Noah" pictures, sculptures, and other collectibles.

The fun part was trying to get these pieces done while living in the same house as my in laws. But I did get the job done and it has been a wonderful Christmas.
